Were you unhappy with your delivery?

Going on holiday? Or just want a break from Youfoodz meals? We understand. That’s why we have made it super easy for you to pause or skip a week of your ready meal subscription. All you have to do is log into your account, click 'my menu', then press 'change or skip delivery'. 
When doing this however, it’s important to be aware that this only skips the selected week. So, if you’re looking to skip for a longer period of time, you have to skip each week individually.

How to pause your Youfoodz subscription

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to cancel your subscription with Youfoodz. If you consider pausing the delivery, simply sign into your account and click 'My Menu', then 'change or skip delivery'. 
If you still want to deactivate your Youfoodz account, here's how to: 
Sign into your account. 
Click 'Settings' and scroll down to the 'Plan Settings' section. Then click 'Deactivate my plan'. 
Please let us know why you're leaving (we value your feedback to help us improve the Youfoodz offering). 
It's as simple as that! You can cancel your subscription at any time. All changes to your account must be made before your weekly cut-off time. You can find your cut-off information in the 'My Menu' section of your account.
