How much cooking or prepping is actually involved with my meals?
None at all. Our gourmet chefs do the prep work and cooking so you can receive a fully cooked meal prep delivery every week. All you'll need is a microwave or oven and in a couple of minutes you'll be eating a deliciously healthy meal.
Are my meal prep deliveries frozen?
No, we only offer fresh, never frozen meals that are transported in insulated boxes filled with frozen gel packs designed to keep your food at refrigerated temperatures through transit. As soon as your meal prep delivery arrives it's good to go with a bit of heating — just heat, eat, and enjoy.
Will I lose weight with Factor's meal prep deliveries?
Even though our meal plans are not specifically designed for weight loss, all of our menus are designed by dietitians and can help you meet your nutrition-related goals so you can start leading a healthier life.
Can I skip a week of meal prep delivery?
Yes, you're always in control of your deliveries and can skip a week as needed. Simply log into your account, select the date you'd like to skip, and click the 'Skip Week' button. You'll see a pop-up, and you can click 'Skip Week.'
